Instructions For Submitting Written Comments: The Racial Equity Commission will accept written comments on the draft framework. All written comments must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Any written comment received after 12:00 noon on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, will not be accepted unless the Commission determines otherwise.  

Address comments to Racial Equity Commission. Please indicate in the subject line: “Comment Letter – Draft Racial Equity Framework.” Written comments may be submitted electronically in pdf format via e-mail at racialequitycommisson@lci.ca.gov.   

Alternatively, comments may be submitted by hand delivery or mail to: Racial Equity Commission,1400 Tenth Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. 

Written comments will be posted online on the Racial Equity Commission website.
